4Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided over the phone or through our website contact form are preliminary and based on the information you provide. A final, written estimate will be issued after a technician inspects the door, opener, springs, tracks, or related hardware in person. Prices may vary depending on parts required, the condition of existing hardware, and the scope of work needed. No chargeable work will begin without your approval of the final estimate.

5Scheduling & Appointments

Appointment windows are provided as an estimate and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, parts availability, and the scope of work at prior appointments. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to your scheduled appointment window as soon as we become aware of them.

6Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. Any deposit collected for special-order parts or materials is non-refundable once the order has been placed with the manufacturer or supplier, except where required by law.

7Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us by phone or email. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible so we can offer that appointment slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

8Workmanship Guarantee & Warranties

Labor performed by MTA Garage Doors is backed by our workmanship guarantee, the specific terms and duration of which will be provided in writing on your invoice or service agreement. Parts and equipment installed as part of your service may carry a separate manufacturer's warranty, which is administered by the manufacturer according to its own terms. Our workmanship guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs by a third party, or events beyond our control such as severe weather, vehicle impact, or vandalism.

9Customer Responsibilities

To help us complete your service safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and property information when requesting service
• Ensure reasonable access to the garage door, opener, and surrounding work area
• Disclose any known prior repairs, modifications, or safety concerns related to the door system
• Keep children and pets clear of the work area while technicians are present

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, MTA Garage Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed, except where such liability results directly from our negligence or breach of contract.
